Wishing Well - Juice WRLD

Wishing Well - Juice WRLD

In his album, "Legends Never Die", Juice WRLD made a rap song "Wishing Well". This song really made a lot of sense after he died in year 2019. The song explores different kinds of depression, sadness, anxiety, that Juice WRLD was experiencing and how he wished for a wishing well that grants peace of mind. This song also gave a glimpse on how Juice WRLD abused drugs to help him escape and ho he wished things to be different.

Juice WRLD made this music to raise awareness and to express how's he feeling. Even with addiction, Juice WRLD tried his best to get himself out of misery and finally quit drugs. Which did not last long as he mentioned in the song: "I stopped taking the drugs and now the drugs take me". We can also see how heavy and difficult Juice WRLD's problems was, as he said in the line "Stress on my shoulders like an anvil"

Juice WRLD really did a good job making this song, and the song was justified by his death last 2019, he had a seizure due to drug overdose.

My favorite line in this song is "This is the part where I tell you I'm fine but I'm lying, I just don't want you to worry". That line really described my character and views towards my personal problems and sufferings as I don't want to talk about what I feel to anyone and will be better if I solve it myself.
